Requirements:
- Master of Science degree in Engineering, Quality or Production economy
Preferred studies: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, Economics
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in production in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry or in production of equipment for those
- Fluent Polish and English
- Analytical and structured approach
- Good team working skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment
- Completed Black Belt training is an advantage
Duties:
- Design, maintain and improve the R&D processes
- Wide cooperation with R&D center
- Close cooperation with local procurement, production and Supply Chain Management team
- Close cooperation with the internal and external customers
- Customers’ needs analysis
- Implementing changes in production process as well as customizing our products based on technological and technical capabilities and customers’ requirements
- Technical cost calculation and optimization
- Responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the latest developments and trends in corrugated production process through:
- close co-operation with producers of corrugated board machines
- close cooperation with producers of paper production machines
- close cooperation with paper production technology providers and suppliers of chemicals
- Responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the customer needs
