Requirements:
- Master of Science in Engineering or Economics
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in production planning, demand forecasting, customer service or physical logistics (transport & warehousing)
- Fluent Polish and English
- pro-active and Customer Focus attitude, ability to analyze situations and solve problems
- capability to expand thinking to end-to-end in supply chain
- analytical and structured approach
- ability to work with systems
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
- team player - good team working skills
- competence of Six Sigma tools is advantage
Duties:
Posibility to develope in on of the two departments Logistic or Customer Service:Logistics:
- Coordination and optimization of the transport planning for different loading locations in Europe
- Liaising with the various logistics partners
- Supporting proper information exchange alongside the supply chain
- Close cooperation in defining, standardizing and further development of logistics processes and tools
- Supporting continuous improvement of processes and defined KPI’s
- Acting as a Business Partner and closely cooperating with Sales, Production Planning, and Customer Service teams
- Dedicated customer contact point for the daily communication flow
- Ensuring efficient and timely order handling from order to invoice
- Ensuring proper and proactive information exchange alongside the supply chain and to our customers
- Close cooperation in defining, standardizing and further development of customer service processes and tools
- Acting as a Business Partner and closely cooperating with Sales, Production Planning, and Logistics teams
