BDI Client - the global producer of paper, biomaterials, wood products and packaging industry.

Wymagania:

• Master of Science degree in Engineering, Quality or Production economy Preferred studies: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, Economics
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in production in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry or in production of equipment for those
• Fluent Polish and English
• Analytical and structured approach
• Good team working skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment
• Completed Black Belt training is an advantage

Zakres obowiązków:

• Design, maintain and improve the R&D processes
• Wide cooperation with R&D center
• Close cooperation with local procurement, production and Supply Chain Management team
• Close cooperation with the internal and external customers
• Customers’ needs analysis
• Implementing changes in production process as well as customizing our products based on technological and technical capabilities and customers’ requirements
• Technical cost calculation and optimization
• Responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the latest developments and trends in corrugated production process through:
• close co-operation with producers of corrugated board machines
• close cooperation with producers of paper production machines
• close cooperation with paper production technology providers and suppliers of chemicals
• Responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the customer needs
