- ability and willingness to learn technologies quickly and autonomously
- any experience of PLM Systems or SAP is a huge advantage
- working understanding of data model and business process diagrams
- excellent problem solving skills with the ability to be effective independently
- ability to diagnose problems from application or system logs
- proficiency in English and German
- strong time management skills
- knowledge of SQL is a bonus
- ability to work in a team
Duties:
- launching and monitoring of data synchronization
- monitoring the increase and quality of data
- 2nd level support
- qualifying and solving incoming incidents
- evaluation of tickets, qualification of tickets into categories: incident/problem
- dispatching of tickets for processing by 3rd level support
- valuation and description of end user feedback for further development
