Requirements:
- degree/diploma: engineering or technical bachelor discipline (preferably related to utilities)
- 3 years of experience in a technical field
- personnel supervisory experience
- participation in the development of small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment as a part of a multidisciplinary team
- participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment or production lines
- basics of costing guidelines
- work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
- strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- analytical skills in problem solving
- upper-intermediate English level
- proficiency in MS Office
- certified electrical qualifications
- additional expectations: LEAN/TPM experience, problem-solving tools knowledge, SAP knowledge, valid sanitary results
Duties:
- prepare the technical specification and select the suppliers
- manage timing and budget of the relevant project part
- supervise the installation works in order to deliver the project on time
- develop safety culture
- handover of the documentation related to part of the project to the final client
- ensure that all utilities-related activities enhance people's and product's safety as well as protection of the environment and operations performance
- ensure optimum utilities consumption at factory level
