Requirements:
- degree/diploma: Electrical Engineering
- minimum 5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
- minimum 3 years field experience, driving or supporting his/her area of expertise
- successful deployment of known technologies or solutions
- personnel supervisory experience
- participation in the development of engineering projects
- participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment or production lines
- participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, product or packing optimisation/continuous improvement
- basics of costing guidelines
- work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
- strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- analytical skills in problem solving
- upper-intermediate English level
- proficiency in MS Office
- SEP qualifications
- additional expectations: LEAN/TPM experience, problem-solving tools knowledge, SAP knowledge, valid sanitary results
Duties:
- prepare the technical specification and select the suppliers
- manage timing and budget of the relevant project part
- supervise the installation works in order to deliver the project on time
- ensure processes & equipments in electrical area are safe for people, products and environment as well as in line with all corresponding local and Nestl regulations
- develop safety culture
- handover of the documentation related to part of the project to the final client
