Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within a structured R&D environment
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and functions in an international context
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex environments
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Duties:
- Coordinate project activities across global and regional R&D teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor project performance in terms of timeline, cost, and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates.
- Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of key project milestones Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and change requests.
- Ensure the availability, quality, and consistency of project documentation and governance materials.

Within the R&D Function, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting a wide range of global initiatives focused on monitoring performance standards, regulatory evolution, and technological developments impacting dish and fabric care appliances.
You will join Global Technology & Laboratories (T&L), a global organization of over 290 professionals across Europe, Asia, North and South America. The team plays a key role in defining and deploying the global technology roadmap for Dishwashers, Washing Machines, and Tumble Dryers.
In this position, you will act as a key interface between Technology & Laboratories, Architecture teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective execution of global projects.
We are looking for a proactive and curious engineer with a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement and learning.
