Requirements:
- min.3 years of experience on similar position (preferred in automotive industry)
- University degree in Engineering - Bachelor or Master
- analytical ability
- high level of self-motivation
- ability to work independently and in teams
- ability and willingness to travel (in average once per month to customer or other Delphi facilities)
- fluency in Polish and English
- beneficial: experience relative to combustion engines
Duties:
- help the manufacturing group with product engineering competence
- establish production control validation plan together with gasoline FIE competency centers
- communicate with the customers (OEMs) in regard to product changes
- support continuous improvement activities
- resolve field problems
- customer interface in regard to warranty aspects
