Wymagania:

• min.3 years of experience on similar position (preferred in automotive industry)
• University degree in Engineering - Bachelor or Master
• analytical ability
• high level of self-motivation
• ability to work independently and in teams
• ability and willingness to travel (in average once per month to customer or other Delphi facilities)
• fluency in Polish and English
• beneficial: experience relative to combustion engines

Zakres obowiązków:

• help the manufacturing group with product engineering competence
• establish production control validation plan together with gasoline FIE competency centers
• communicate with the customers (OEMs) in regard to product changes
• support continuous improvement activities
• resolve field problems
• customer interface in regard to warranty aspects
