Requirements:
- bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering
- knowledge or experience in project management and lean management tools
- knowledge or experience in the field of plastics injection moulding and mould design are very welcome
- working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- knowledge of an ERP system (SAP) will be considered as an asset
- working Knowledge of Russian and English or French or German is essential
- knowledge of the ISO TS 9001/16949 environment would be an advantage
- multitasker, structured working method and detail oriented
- high sense of responsibility and reliability
- readiness of permanent education
- team player and ability to work independently
- leadership and ability to conduct negotiations
- effective communicator and problem solver
- dynamism, willingness and flexibility
Duties:
- development, implementation and management of technical projects related to the production of plastic parts for the battery industry
- manufacturing and business process improvements
- support of the Operational Manager to achieve the required aims concerning productivity and profitability
