Requirements:
- university degree (preferably engineering)
- several years' experience in quality management role in a manufacturing company
- experience in change management
- advanced knowledge of English
- experience in implementing the following standards: ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Six Sigma certificate
- high availability (esp. time flexibility at new models introduction, customer and headquarters audits)
- high work standards
- tenacious, assertive and determined attitude
- good negotiation and problem solving skills
Duties:
- full responsibility for the manufacturing processes
- team management (including identifying training needs, supervising, reviewing performance and evaluation)
- assuring the conformity with all relevant standards and derivatives including ISO 9001 and H&S guidelines
- monitoring quality issues and proactive solving of quality problems
- supervising the process of equipment selection and maintenance
- liaising among different teams (e.g. materials, warehouse, managers) in implementation of the company's policies and goals
- continuous improvement activities to achieve set KPI targets (i.e. productivity, quality, costs, human resources competencies)
