Wymagania:
- Master of Science degree, specialization in Pulp & Paper is a must:
- Preferred studies also in Mechanics, Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Material Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, Economics
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of the board production process
- Knowledge of the continuous improvement tools is an advantage
- Ability to think and work analytically and systematically
- Eagerness to learn to use the tools for continuous improvement (eg. six sigma, DMAIC). Completed Black Belt training is an advantage.
- High mobility and interest to work also in other locations and countries
- Passion for actions and delivering results
- Good team working skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment
Zakres obowiązków:
- To systematically lead and develop the processes and quality of production by using continuous improvement tools
- Success of the position holder will be measured by following the production efficiency, product quality and cost efficiency
- To challenge, rethink and renew working methods and productions systems
