Wymagania:
- Master of Science degree. Specialization in supply chain and logistics is a must
- Preferred studies: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, Economics
- Possibly experience in production planning, demand forecasting, customer service or physical logistics (transport & warehousing) in summer jobs
- Fluent in English
- Genuine interest in supply chain
- Analytical and structured approach
- Completed Black Belt training is an advantage
- Good team working skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment
- Capability to expand thinking to end-to-end in supply chain
- High mobility and interest to work also in other locations and countries
Zakres obowiązków:
At the beginning, there will be a rotation plan for 3-6 months in various Supply Chain functions: production planning, demand forecasting, customer service and physical logistics (transport & warehousing). After that, a permanent role in the organization will be given to the trainee. Starting position after training program: e.g. Demand Planner or Supply Planner
