Requirements:
- Degree level or similar qualification
- strong demonstrable solution sales experience and success
- good customer relationship skills, with a strong customer focus and able to interact with Executives
- sales experience in one or more of the following Regions:East Europe, Nordic/Scandinavian countries, UK
- strong written and spoken English (preference will be given to a candidate who is fluent in one or two other relevant languages such as Polish, Czech, and/or Swedish)
- technical background in Software and/or IT (training will be provided in the Broner products)
- ability to work independently and with initiative
- knowledge of Supply Chain Planning
- experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably Steel or other metals processing)
Duties:
- build and manage a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities
- develop and close business in the European Steel industry with emphasis on East Europe, Scandinavian/Nordic countries, UK and Spain
- provide input to sales strategy and pricing for proposals
- achieve or exceed sales targets
- negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers
- provide coordination and communication between European customers and UK operations and technical teams
