The Engineering Design Center is one of General Electric global engineering sites, created in 2000 based on agreement between GE Aircraft Engines and Warsaw Institute of Aviation. EDC is providing engineering services for three GE businesses: GE Aviation, GE Energy and GE Oil&Gas. www.edcpolska.pl
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- at least 5 years of experience in Engineering or related fields-Experience working in the Oil & Gas business
- Desired:
- Certified Black Belt
- familiar with ISO and API standards and specifications
- good project management skills
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- good quantitative and analytical skills
Zakres obowiązków:
- coordinate quality assurance aspects in engineering processes and associated documentation
- establish engineering quality metrics and update them on a regular basis with reports to management
- support engineering planning and participation in ISO / API audits – both internal and external
- review and update engineering procedures as needed and ensure approvals and updated training are completed in a timely manner
- coordinate training activities of the global engineering team
- coordinate activities with the engineering team to ensure government regulations and customer contract requirements are met
- assist with the development of additional business metrics and implementation of new / revised processes
