Our Client is an international manufacturing company based in the vicinity of Wrocław. The company are looking for a Project Manager possessing experience in automotive market, who will take on the management of a new project.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in the role of a Project Manager
- knowledge of automotive environment is a must
- project management and supervision skills
- decision making ability
- developed leadership competencies
- excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software (AutoCAD)
- BSc or MSc degree in Engineering
Duties:
- manage and mentor the project team
- perform overall quality control of the project (budget, schedule, plans, team performance) and report regularly on project status
- ensure compliance with applicable practices, with QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- cooperate and communicate effectively with the company Top Management and the other project participants
- review project deliverables and initiate appropriate preventive/corrective actions
