Opis pracodawcy:

Our Client is an international manufacturing company based in the vicinity of Wrocław. The company are looking for a Project Manager possessing experience in automotive market, who will take on the management of a new project.

Wymagania:

• 4+ years in the role of a Project Manager
• knowledge of automotive environment is a must
• project management and supervision skills
• decision making ability
• developed leadership competencies
• excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software (AutoCAD)
• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering

Zakres obowiązków:

• manage and mentor the project team
• perform overall quality control of the project (budget, schedule, plans, team performance) and report regularly on project status
• ensure compliance with applicable practices, with QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
• cooperate and communicate effectively with the company Top Management and the other project participants
• review project deliverables and initiate appropriate preventive/corrective actions
