Korea Fuel-Tech Poland is a highly professional injection and blow molding company. We specialize in design, manufacture and assembly of interior plastic injection, blow and fuel system parts. The main objective is the production of finishing materials, plastic, for the automotive industry for vehicle brands such as Hyundai and Kia.
Requirements:
- university degree in technology
- experience in cooperation with VW Group
- good knowledge of German and English (speaking and writing)
- understands practices in quality assurance methods (statistical, measurement, testing, auditing) and the responsibilities produced for the desired product
- proven experience with 7 Quality Circle (QC) Basic Tools (Histogram, Scatter diagram, Run chart, Control Chart, Pareto Chart, Flowchart, Cause & Effect)
- self-motivation with ability to multitask given various priorities
- moderate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalents) and proven communication skills
Duties:
- work with development teams to identify and resolve reliability risks and qualify new products/technologies
- ensure the timely release and high quality of products/technologies and to meet customer requirements
- assess reliability risks and define qualification plans to evaluate or qualify new products /technologies or changes to products/technologies
- execute to the qualification plans
- document qualification results and generate qualification reports
- work closely with Project Manager, customer quality engineering, supplier quality engineering and failure analysis groups to understand reliability failures/issues and develop mitigation plans
- drive improvement in reliability and quality of products and technologies
- reads and understands technical documents & AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group Approach) (Drawings, specifications, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, material certifications, dimensional analysis results, etc.)
- stays informed of current standings and regulations within the quality department and factors affecting changes and revisions to policies and Goals & Objective's (G&O's)
- willingness to travel
