Our Client, a reputed manufacturing company based near Bielsko-Biała is looking for experienced Candidates for the mentioned position.
Wymagania:
- engineering degree
- minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- practical knowledge of polymer processing methods
- experience in the design and manufacturing of extrusion tooling
- fluent English
- hands-on experience in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- analytical skills
- independent thinker
- strong organizational and planning abilities
- knowledge of Microsoft Project
Zakres obowiązków:
- develop, configure and optimize the numerically controlled rubber forming process from inception through to start up and daily operation
- perform process simulations, production trials and perform risk assessments
- provide process documentation and operating instructions
- review the process deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- develop best practices and standards to achieve required production rates and quality of output
- assess the process, take measurements and interpret output data in order to maintain efficiency, meet cost targets, and improve sustainability
- cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and the other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
