For one of our Clients, a recognizable, international organization operating within the aerospace industry, we are looking for experienced Candidates for the mentioned position.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as Process Engineer/Technologist
- technical university degree (preferably in Mechanics, Process Automation)
- experience in machining
- working knowledge of control systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol), and of ISO code
- Catia MD2, Catia AMG + Vericut skills
- good English
- working knowledge of technical drawing
- analytical thinking
- high work standards
- driving license
Duties:
The selected Candidate will be responsible for the process design, planning, implementation and optimization, with particular focus on the programming and operating aspects.
In particular, the tasks include:
- developing and implementing new production and machining methods
- optimising industrial processes
- selecting and programming CNC centers for the process
- providing process documentation in line with the company standards
- designing non-standard machining tools
- assessing processes, undertaking preventive and corrective actions
- collaborating in mutidisciplinary teams in order to solve problems, implement improvements, develop best practices and/or integrate novel technological solutions
