Currently we are looking for a highly skilled professional for the following position: QA Engineer.
Requirements:
- education: Engineer
- min 2 years experience as manager and 5 years experience with HSE/Q- systems
- updated on statutory requirements and regulations
- lead Auditor Course in ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001
- comprehensive risk management
- outgoing and will to cooperate
- software: MS Office
- good knowledge of English (speaking and writing), good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment
- additional requirements: software: Synergi, Sensor, Sharepoint, Icore, Eye-Share
- norwegian language skills will be an advantage
Duties:
- inform and assist EVP HSE/Q in questions regarding quality and risk management
- ensure that HSE/Q-system same as risk reporting is under constant development in the company
- ensure that preparation of project manuals are initiated and implemented in the company projects
- conduct audits (internal & external) according to plan
- implement and track monthly quality and risk reporting
- actively help to ensure that Company operates in compliance with all quality requirements and that
- company's delivery is under continuous improvement
- develop, maintain and ensure training with regard to the company Non-conformity Management System, as well as facilitate unified risk management
- follow-up of corrective and preventive measures registered in Non-conformity Management System
- implement approved preventive measures that affect the quality in collaboration with managers of different departments/disciplines
- contribute to the development of the company audit procedure
- function as lead auditor together with EVP HSEQ in external audits/internal audits/project verifications
- actively contribute, within the scope of responsibility, to continuous quality improvement and that all tasks are performed with respect to the individual's health, safety and environment
- any other relevant tasks that relate to the specific job position
