Requirements:
- graduated in engineering science, preferably in electrical, electromechanical or mechatronics engineering
- experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- fluent communication skills in written and spoken English, German is an asset
- experience in project leading & project management is an asset
- experience within sensor & switch technology is an asset
- good communication & leadership skills
- experience in 3D CAD Pro/Engineer is an asset
Duties:
- plan and ensure engineering related tasks (design, testing, validation, FMEA, DFMA, Design to Cost, roadmaps, gate reviews)
- manage all technical requirements within product development
- coordinate planning with system/customer responsible
- driving the project through all project phases
- escalating problems, risks and deviations to functional- and project leaders
- manage domain engineering costs by resource planning and tracking
- generate ideas for cost reduction projects
- represent project status in BU/BE reviews
- strong communication with S&P, M&L and Quality departments
