Requirements:
- Master / Engineer degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Min. 2 years of experience in software verification and/or simulation-modeling fields
- Knowledge and experience in MATLAB® and Simulink® environment
- Experience in documentation based test-case development, testing embedded systems
- Expert use of measurement equipment
- C/C++ programming for embedded systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of NI LabVIEW, TestStand or scripting languages would be an advantage
- Teamwork abilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English language, spoken and written
Duties:
- Approach to simulation based software testing e.g. SiL, model-based concepts
- Transfer existing C-code into simulation
- Testing on real targets and instrumentation with HiL concept
- Automate testing wherever is possible, using various tools and approaches
- Provide work effort estimates, assist in project planning including task definition
- Execute automated and manual testing per predefined test plans
- Schedule testing, monitor test progression and document results of testing
- Work with Software Engineers to optimize test plans, review testing requirements and test results
- Expand existing automated test frameworks
- Seek for new solutions and technologies to improve test capabilities and robustness
