Requirements:
- bachelor's degree (B. A.) or Engineering Construction Degree
- management of production constructions projects experience
- minimum of 10 years related experience
- minimum of 5 years functional experience
- knowledge and practice of engineering process and equipment
- knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing systems
- good working knowledge of finance and key metrics as they relate to manufacturing operations and support functions
- demonstrated financial acumen and ability to utilize financial systems to support projects
- Project Management Certification or MBA preferred
- fluent English (written and spoken)

Duties:
- lead project(s) connected with the new construction(s) development
- plan, organize, direct and coordinate activities to exploit opportunities, manage risk and achieve projects costs, schedules and performance requirements
- participate in thorough needs analysis to help identify opportunities for improvement in business processes
- coordinate use of appropriate reporting systems, manufacturing processes and quality programs and processes to achieve project goals
- ensure the project succeeds in meeting all targets , delivery schedules and technological advantage
- coordinate and execute all phases of assigned project(s)
- develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned project(s)
- provides reports on the status of project milestones and adjusts schedules accordingly
- identifies and manages sub-contract vendors as required for project completion
- manage project expenditures to ensure strict adherence to approved budgets
- establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all parties working on the project, internal and external
- evaluates and monitors performance of sub-contract vendors for satisfactory performance to quality and delivery standards
- collaborate with local management and team to provide data and decisions as needed
