Requirements:
- technical University degree
- good knowledge of building construction and technical installations (education within civil engineering or similar demonstrated experience)
- good knowledge of maintenance and operation of company buildings (education within facility management or similar demonstrated experience)
- good written and spoken English; ability to work with technical documentation
- experience with reduction of energy consumption in company buildings
- experience with service delivery in larger - preferable international organizations
- experience with team work coordination and development of employees
- proactive attitude and problem solving skills
- focus on details
Duties:
- ensure own facilities maintenance in accordance with plans and budget
- ensure optimal utilization of the facility regarding technical installations, construction and energy consumption
- ensure energy costs reduction in own facilities
- create investments plans
- coordinate maintenance, installation and warranty work
- coordinate work of contractors
- ensure effective leadership, organisation and employees development in the Facility Management Team
