Wymagania:
- engineering Degree
- min. 5 years of experience on a similar position in manufacturing company (favored in automotive industry)
- fluent English
- inquisitive mindset, organizational, communication, leading & teaching skills
- knowledge of quality standards and tools
- ability to read technical drawings
- auditor skills would be preferred
- willingness to travel
Zakres obowiązków:
- deploy the Supplier Performance Process activities consistently for the introduction of all new/revised/resourced purchased parts, based on risk evaluation
- participate in different stages of risk assessment as per SPDP (Supplier Performance Development Process); plan & coordinate Advanced Quality Part Readiness activities to meet key program dates, based on assessments results
- participate in Key Stakeholder’s Meetings for High Risk parts and lead robust Technical Reviews for all new part/potential new suppliers prior Source Selection, ensuring the supplier understands & adheres to the Quality, Capacity & Timing requirements
- involve others functions (SQE, Engineering, Buyer) as appropriate in APQP Activities
- coordinate & conduct, as required, supplier assessments to Delphi’s standards with potential suppliers
- ensure suppliers meet Delphi's Quality System Requirements
- ensure supplier processes are capable of achieving required quality & capacity levels (PPAP & R@R)
- provide APQP assistance during Prototype Development Process on Strategic High Risk components
- coach supplier project teams on Problem Solving techniques (5 Why)
- support other AQEs, SQE’s & relevant Site personnel
- permanent and regular developing of professional qualifications
