Requirements:

  • Primary Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or related fields
  • 2+ years experience in Software Development in multithreaded RTOS
  • C, C++, and x86 assembly languages
  • knowledge of BIOS and EFI, PCI, BMC, IPMI or related technology
  • Linux Kernel, User Space, device driver experience
  • good understanding of Intel architecture and network protocols
  • ability to work in a team or on own initiative
  • good written and oral communication in English

Duties:

  • the role incorporates the full software development life cycle from requirements planning and analysis to design and development, test and support, using best in class development processes
  • it requires an Engineer comfortable developing within large software systems with an understanding of the underlying hardware configuration
  • projects and roles include development of communication protocol and network technology software in C in Linux environment, BIOS, EFI, or BMC development on Intel Architecture platforms
