Wymagania:

Bachelor’s degree / Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering
More than 5 years of PCB layout designer experience
Good English knowledge
Solid knowledge of PCB design software, Mentor Expedition will be a plus
Understanding of PCB design rules for EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)
Understanding of manufacturing processes, drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerances and how they impact designs
Ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner
Ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities
Ability to assist lower level PCB designers and other team members
Teamwork abilities

Zakres obowiązków:

Participating in design process of modern industrial electronics hardware
Designing printed circuit boards for industrial turbine systems
Building and maintaining symbol libraries for schematic capture tools and footprint libraries for PCB design tools
Generating Gerber files, mechanical profiles, board fabrication stack-ups, detailed board fabrication drawings and assembly drawings
Maintaining requests for quotes for current jobs from approved PCB fabrication houses
Monitoring process of fabrication and communicate with fabrication houses promptly handling all possible issues
Cleaning up and updating schematics following engineering guidance
Creating bill of materials (BOM) for designed PCBs
Maintaining design documentation
Working closely with other PCB designers on continuous improvement activities related to position
