Wymagania:
- Strong Electronics industry knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of related professional work experience
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Automatics, Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong English and Polish language written and verbal skills for effective global communication
- Solid teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Practical, process-driven and result-oriented approach
- Competent problem solving / troubleshooting skills / analytical calculations / statistical evaluation
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
Zakres obowiązków:
- New Product introduction and implementation of new production steps according to predefined plan
- Implement tooling strategy and prepare production documentation, certifications, test reports, etc.
- Review of existing production steps, analysis of production data for process improvement potentials, Bill of Materials updates (BOMs)
- Troubleshooting of field and production product issues
- Prepare regular productivity and quality reports for Project Gates, Customer and Management reviews
- Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results and follow operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes
- Provides direct support of sales, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and development
- Manage/coordinate all levels of derivatives including task definition and duration estimation
- May participate in international and multi-site projects
- Support of customers and manufacturing in product related issues
