Wymagania:
- Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Food Microbiology or similar
- 3-5 years in FMCG company
- Experience in Project Management
- Formal training in project leadership
- Fluent English

Zakres obowiązków:
- Develop a strategic vision for the project together with brand development. Agree the project goal, objectives and milestones with the Project Leader and relevant stakeholders, and translate these into a technical work plan.
- Propose the project team composition based on required skills and resource for endorsement by the department Leadership team and relevant Programme Director. Lead the agreed technical project team and ensure quality OTIF delivery of the project.
- Communicate project status and issues to all project sponsors / stakeholders / relevant parties.
- Input and maintain R&D details of project in Inoplan gate documents, and collate all project documents relevant to Consumer Safety Framework Standards
- Liaise with Supply Chain to assure sourcing routes and that all product design criteria are achieved on implementation.
- Ensure the support of product claims / risk management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory.
- Gather information necessary to obtain IPR for any technology developed, or for IPR agreements with suppliers and other agencies as required.
- Assess the opportunities to use Open Innovation to deliver the project.
- Provide expert input to project management best practice to improve standards of project management within the department.
- Contribute to establishing the new department as an inspiring place to work, contributing to site culture and group / team building events.
- Ensure the compliance of their team and projects to the Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of product claims, risk management and environmental awareness & legislation.
