Wymagania:
- Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Food Microbiology or similar
- 3-5 years in FMCG company
- Experience in the field of wet food product and/or process design will be an advantage

Zakres obowiązków:
- Effectively deploy group resources against category projects and champion quality of their execution
- Operational management of the team, including relevant financial and HR processes
- Develop people through proactive management including training, career planning/pathing, secondments, resource committee discussions and others. To develop leadership in their team through delegating management responsibility and empowering people
- Develop a strategic vision for the project together with brand development. Agree the project goal, objectives and milestones with the Project Leader and relevant stakeholders, and translate these into a technical work plan.
- Translates project targets into scientific/technical approach and ensures quality OTIF delivery of these targets.
- Safeguards appropriate IPR protection for developed technology/formulations.
- Advises on existing and new methodology on product/process development and evaluation.
- Contributes to development of the area of expertise.
- Is up-to-date with developments in the relevant area of expertise.
- Contributes to establishing the new department as an inspiring place to work, contributing to site culture and group / team building events.
- Ensures the compliance of their work to the Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of product claims, risk management and environmental awareness & legislation.
