Opis pracodawcy:
Klient Banku Danych o Inżynierach producent zaawansowanych systemów i podzespołów sterujących m.in. dla branż energetycznej, motoryzacyjnej, lotniczej.
Wymagania:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Experience in thermal design for electronics is required
- Experience in vibration design for electronics is required
- More than 4 yrs proven experience in industry, automotive will be a plus
- Experience in design of high-temperature components is highly desired, although not required
- Proven experience in 2D and 3D drafting
- Broad knowledge of electronics packaging technologies
- Design for Six Sigma knowledge, Green Belt certification will be a plus
- Competent use and understanding of FEA tools
- Complete understanding of component function and testing requirements
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerances as well as shop standards and procedures and how they impact designs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well in English, orally and through written documentation
- Readiness to travel
- Ability to mentor other team members
- Teamwork abilities
Zakres obowiązków:
- Participating in design process of modern industrial electronics hardware
- Preparing engineering specifications, case studies, verification and validation plans, test reports, FMEAs, Manual sections, and other documents pertaining to electronics packaging design
- Supporting of engineering quality systems (Product Life Cycle process, Engineering Change process, etc.).
- Providing direction in other areas of system design
- Troubleshooting design problems and determining solutions
- Performing detailed analysis to evaluate potential solutions that would reduce risk, cost and complexity of design and test problems
- Supporting product testing (environmental, vibration, thermal, etc)
- Designing drawings and 3D models for vendors to create physical components
- Defining packaging equipment requirements to meet market needs and industry standards
- Performing Finite Element Analysis of the mechanical and heat transfer performance
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
