Requirements:
- Polish passport and be resident in the country
- fluent English, Spanish would be a distinct advantage
- applicants should not have received any grant of similar characteristics
- University Degree
- PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- University Degree: Chemical Engineering; inorganic or materials specialization will be an asset
- computer skills: ERP's (Baan, SAP, ETC) and industrial computer management ( PLCs, plant data capture and monitoring systems, etc)
- Risk Prevention and Environmental Regulation knowledge will be an asset
- WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years in production and/or process improvement; experience as team leader will be an asset
- experience in ceramics sector or materials will be specially valuable
Duties:
- the candidate will be responsible for Production Unit Management, being in charge of the production team
- he/she will collaborate in the development of new formulas according to market criteria and will apply the risk prevention and environmental normative
- there will be a progressive professional development according to goal achievement
