Requirements:
- university degree from technical engineering
- around 2 years of experience at similar position
- automotive engineering experience at multinational corporation will be an asset
- knowledge of CAD program, ProEngineer
- knowledge of production process
- project management skills
- good knowledge of English
- knowledge of German would be an asset
- PC Skills (MS Office)
- cooperation skills
- good communication and presentation skills
Duties:
- support VSM organization by providing knowledge of product functionality and helping cost, quality and delivery improvements for all Value Stream products as Business Unit’s Product Development - VS interface
- project leadership for all Product Development activities from improvement projects including initiating, planning, prioritizing and driving
- as a project leader coordinates Product Development activities of Value Stream initiatives with other WABCO Functions such as Product Development, Global Sourcing & Purchasing, Project Management etc
- lead and support value engineering improvements with operations and suppliers resulting in better conversion cost and material productivity
