Requirements:
- Electronics/Electrical Degree holder
- RF knowledge and troubleshooting experience for complexity products
- exposure in Networking Diag experience in Cisco product
- Cisco product equivalent such as (Nortel/Jupiter/Huawei/etc)
- literate in computer languages such as C++, Visual Basic/etc
- good understanding of ASICs; IC; Component functions
- good passion/interest in trouble shooting and Failure Analysis
- can accept high pressure and have Fluent English skill
Duties:
- development and implementation of a structured training system for all debug functions within Jabil Shanghai
- responsibility for the management structure to support Debug Technicians within Jabil Shanghai
- the reporting structure will encompass a matrix of management responsibility within each cell between the Debug Engineer and the Workcell Test Engineer
- it shall be the responsibility of the Debug Engineer to perform their function in accordance with the documented policies, procedures and processes defined within Jabil Shanghai and Jabil Corporate
