Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering
- less than 35 years old
- must be Polish and live in Wroclaw or its surrounding area
- applicants must not have received any grant of similar characteristics
- must speak fluent English or Spanish
- PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering (specialist in Roads). Legal Authority in projects certification in Poland
- computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD and tracing programs
- personal skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to manage others. Applicants should provide leadership abilities and have excellent problem solving skills. Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally to Spain
- WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years of experience needed in civil project development, in the design, coordination and supervision of civil works
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- working together with IDOM offices and with local partners in transport projects. The candidate will create a self-sufficient department of transport projects

- handle relationships with customers (accompanied by the Office Manager)
