In order to fulfil the growth strategy, we are currently looking for a highly professional individual, who will take the role of Team Leader Electrical Team in the local R&D Center based in Wrocław
Requirements:
- University degree in automation control engineering or electrical engineering (M. sc. Eng. or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years work experience as an engineer + 3 on team management position. The Electrical Team will have up to 10 members, so no complex management experience is required
- Preferably licensed electrician - SEP certificate
- Experience from installation or production of electrical systems comprising cabling, connectors, safety, power supply.
- Good understanding of system architecture comprising PLC and HMI
- Good understanding of automation principles
- Evaluation and advice of compliance issues (CE, UL, EMC, LVD)
- Experience with IT tools, CAD/CAE tools, PDM systems, Configuration and versions management
- 2-3 years of experience from product owning companies (directly or on contract), i.e. experience in product development in serial production
- Experience from the main part of the product development cycle: requirements, design, production/installation, verification
- Fluent in English in written and spoken language
- Excellent communication skills
Duties:
- Leading the local team of engineers focused on designing electrical and automation systems
- Performing system testing both in the laboratory and on site
- Securing that all documentation (BOMs, diagrams, etc.) and reporting is prepared according to requirements
- Monitoring and analyzing of existing processes
- Close cooperation with other R&D teams
- Approving technical documentation
- Promoting organization’s values and fostering the culture of innovation Reporting directly to R&D Manager
