Requirements:
- Master of Science degree. Specialisation in supply chain and logistics is a must
- Preferred studies: Logistics, Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, continuous improvement methodology
- up to 3 years of relevant working experience in production or supply planning, customer service or physical logistics (transport & warehousing)
- Fluent Polish and English
- Other languages are an advantage
- Mobility
- Structured and holistic approach to coordinating the end-to-end supply chain considering all aspects and stakeholders
- Pro-active and customer centric mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to analyse situations and make decisions even with incomplete information
- Highly independent and operational working style
- Ability to work with systems and perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
- Team player - good team working skills
- Competence of six sigma tools is advantage
Duties:
- Developing and supporting the Supply Chain functions with Smart Operating model, statistical and other continuous improvement tools.
- Developing performance measures and SMART targets for the Supply Chain processes
- Develop documented management system for Supply Chain for quality, environmental and safety matters (ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and O&HS)
