Requirements:
- graduated in engineering science
- experience in Test Management/Testing (device or system)
- experience in Project Management
- knowledge in Electronic (Required)
- knowledge in Pneumatic/Mechatronic (will be advantage)
- automotive background (will be advantage)
- fluent in English
- literate in MS Office (MS Project will be advantage)
- awareness of 6Sigma Tools (SixSigma belt will be advantage)
Duties:
- manage technical requirements for product testing (Align program specific test plan)
- plan and ensure execution of all testing related tasks (including test environment and prototypes releated tasks)
- manage testing costs by resource planning and tracking
- coordinate testing content e.g. testing kick-off and test review meetings (incl. mitigation plan creation)
- consolidation of testing results and reporting to appropriate functions
- interactions with external customers (on demand depending on projects)
- support defining of standard work / processes and their implementation in the Test Center
- identify improvement opportunities and charter Six Sigma Projects in acquiescence with the PE Test Center Leader
