Requirements:
- Approx.10 years of experience with production management
- Vast Experience with project management
- Technical Engineer (MSc would be preferred)
- RA/QA experience
- Background in manufacturing of medical devices will be a benefit
- Experience of leading teams and individuals
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing will be additional advantage
- Fluent Polish and English is a must
- Responsibility, showing initiative and being committed to tasks and people are essential strengths
- Attention to details and open-mindedness
- Dedication to the job, can-do attitude and a strong completer/finisher abilities
Duties:
- Manage production sites in Lean manner
- Secure production quality, compliance with ISO and Qsystem during registrations and audits
- Maintain on time delivery (OTD) (consistently > 95%)
- Ensuring the cost effectiveness of the production
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing and product quality
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Organizational development - secure successor pipeline for direct reports
- Motivating the team and building good, long lasting relations with all stakeholders
- Improve cooperation and integration with other departments QA, Finance, Technical & Purchase
