Requirements:

min. 5 years experience in product marketing, in an international operational environment
business oriented or technical education with fundamental marketing knowledge
knowledge of Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, or other durable goods industries
experience of managing and driving results in a multi-level distribution system
demonstrated results with product launches
having worked with project management tools in a cross-functional organization
experience in creating marketing programs
results oriented, ability to drive projects to completion
analytical and problem solving skills
fluent in English (written and verbal)
very good knowledge of MS office
Six Sigma & project management training is a plus

Duties:

define product portfolio and gather all required market information in order to make business decisions
accountable for sales and margin of the respective product ranges
develop a full understanding of competitive environment
develop the product strategies and proper marketing plan
manage product portfolio by continuously analyzing prices, margins, sales and market shares and plan adequate action plan to optimize profit
manage pricing strategy considering competition and channel shift opportunities, while achieving pricing inflation targets
generate new ideas that contribute to the overall growth target WABCO and build their high level business case
measure, analyze and report performance
