- MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related
- ability to speak, read and write English

Duties:
- you will be working as part of a true global team innovating and developing Automotive embedded technology for all major Automotive companies
- in this position you will be responsible for leading a team of embedded Software Engineers and Architects working on Infotainment Products (for example : Connected Radios, Navigation, Mobile TV, Mobile Apps)
- you shall support our future strategies by investigating, maintaining and supporting specific technological building blocks to be used by our global organization
- the role requires you to work closely with world-wide Delphi locations by proactively evaluating and implementing new technologies as well as process improvement initiatives
- these tasks require you to develop and maintain key relationships at our customers by supporting with current project execution as well as working side-by-side on next-generation concepts
- monitoring proper software estimations and execution of project activities for your team but also remote sites when required are essential skills for this role
- you will play a key part in supporting our business with quoting new opportunities
- you shall plan and manage the budget for their group
- the role has a direct reporting line to the Chief Engineer and Director levels as well as similarly at our customers
