Requirements:
- higher level Mechanical Engineering degree
- several years of experience as a constructor in general engineering
- quickly and creatively solve mechanical problems, considering functionality, reliability, safety, serviceability and cost aspects
- experience with 3D CAD software (e.g. Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro - E, NX)
- fluency in English, both spoken and written. Mastery of the German language is an advantage
Duties:
- you will design machines and/or machine parts independently or in a team, internally or on-site at our client’s location
- design and devising technical solutions for mechanical engineering projects
- liaising with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments is also an essential part of the job
- you will possibly direct Draftsmen and other Designers for the development of your design
