Requirements:

• bachelor of Engineering Technology
• minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• proven experience in large scale projects coordination
• excellent communication skills and a good team player
• leadership and task assignation abilities
• to own the required certificates for the Site Supervisor position
• building and construction - knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction

Duties:

• analyses the project framework along with the Project Manager and the Implementation Responsible and provides efficient solutions in order to implement correctly the technical project
• prepares and manage the project execution plan and production plan, in order to ensures the accurate estimate of human and logistic ressources to complete the project, along with the Project Manager
• subjects to the approval of the Project Manager the proper technology use for the execution of the project
• estimates the amount of materials needed to run the project
• prepares and updates the site log
• coordinates the activities on the construction site
• is responsible for the timely and quality requirements of the works
• coordinates onsite staff members activity
• is responsible of the proper using the material ressources in compliance with the framework
• monitors and inspects the compliance and quality requirements during the execution of the work
• is familiar with the work safety standards and makes sure their are proper implemented and in compliance with the laws and internal procedures and processes
• reports to the Project Manager monthly or whenever is necessary the status of the project
• permitting & supervision of subcontractors
