Requirements:
- perfect candidate is a graduate with Masters Degree (not longer than 12 months after graduation) or a student of last year
- fluently communicates in English
- demonstrates high level of analytical skills
- has leadership skills
Duties:
- what is UFLP? The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is about learning business fast. You will develop your management competencies in three years. You will drive your career and some of the world's most-loved brands into the future. It's learning like you've never learned before! First stage of the UFLP is a cross-functional "start-up" project lasting 12 months
- during 12 month start-up You will be responsible for:
- supporting Management Team in implementation of an investment project which will reduce influence of humidity on Cold store and Palletisation cooling installation
- leading factory utilities debottlenecking study
