Requirements:
- education: technical degree in Food Technology / Processing, Commodity Science, Biotechnology or similar relevant area
- experience: 3-5 yrs in food development / production would be an advantage
- independent, pro-active and solution oriented mindset
- good organizational & communicative skills
- co-leading and inspiring project teams
- good team player
- languages: fluent English
- MS Office
- readiness to travel abroad
Duties:
- independently develops recipes / technologies in line with project brief, Product Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Best Practice guidelines
- plans and executes standard and non-standard kitchen and technological trials in various sourcing units
- collates trial data, is able to analyze, conclude and presents it in comprehensive form
- evaluates new Raw Materials and new process - physical and chemical parameters, functional and sensorial aspects, processing aspects
- independently implements and optimizes technological processes, introduces standard changes,
- works as a team member communicating project status; technically leading minor projects in subject area
- carries out supporting work for support of product claims, risk management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory
