Wymagania:
- engineering degree from University
- 3-5 years experience in the production area of automotive industries
- 2 years experience in leading people
- competence in and experience of production, quality and/or product/process development
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP basis
- fluency in spoken and written English in addition to mother tongue
- good to have German, French language knowledge
- vacancy in the company from mazowieckie voivodeship
Zakres obowiązków:
- continuously to work on improvement of both productivity and quality as well as other objectives in the business area and the company
- define and deploy manufacturing tactical implementation plan
- compile and control area capital and operational budgets
- prioritize resource allocation
- manage, lead, mentor and coach support group of Process Engineers
- contribute to value analysis engineering activities, reduce FMEA RPN
- identify and validate suitable six sigma projects
- promote the use of six sigma methods and tools in the plant
- seek and share best practice
- conduct and follow up system, process and corrective action validation audits
- support the culture change of the business to a learn learning company
- manage skills development of production support team
