Requirements:
- min. 3 years experience in Industry
- solid experience in the direct sales B2B
- experience in project sales and implementation
- experience in customer service
- experience in development and realising of technical concepts
- education within the field of Food/Chemical Processing or similar
- graduation as engineer (Master of Science)
- mechanical engineering or processing technology within Industry Segments
- processing pipework and flow engineering
- basic automation
- good computer literacy
- good knowledge of English
- french would be advantage
Duties:
- the SE is generally responsible for driving sales of services and products in Poland within Food Industry
- deliver the targeted Order Intake
- assure regular customer visits, segmentation and appropriate customer management, liaise w BU organisation in cross border customer issues
- in co-operation with the Business Unit Manager drive the Business Planning process, specifically the Trades and Market plans
- implement and follow up strategies as per Business Plan. This will among other things involve planning and execution of marketing activities e.g. product and service launches, participation in industry events, advertising in relevant media etc
- continuously monitor Boccard’s competitiveness in the chosen markets and escalate issues related to non competitiveness
- after sales customer management
