Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Previous experience within an IT/telecoms organization (preferable at retail, distribution)
- Methodical, diligent and goal orientated
- Ability to work under pressure to meet changeable deadlines
- Team player with sound self motivation and drive
Duties:
- Active & passive Customer Support via Telephone
- Budget & Margin Responsibility for all customers in Poland
- Responsibility for local Billing file (accuracy of Sales & Margin)
- Order & Backlog management
- Quote negotiation for local customers
- Inventory management for local demand
- Local Supplier-Relation together with Key Account Mgr.
- Attend fairs, meetings where necessary
- Customer visits, if necessary with Key Account Mgr.
- Substitution with Key Account Mgr. and vice a verse
