Wymagania:

• Good written and spoken English
• Previous experience within an IT/telecoms organization (preferable at retail, distribution)
• Methodical, diligent and goal orientated
• Ability to work under pressure to meet changeable deadlines
• Team player with sound self motivation and drive

Zakres obowiązków:

• Active & passive Customer Support via Telephone
• Budget & Margin Responsibility for all customers in Poland
• Responsibility for local Billing file (accuracy of Sales & Margin)
• Order & Backlog management
• Quote negotiation for local customers
• Inventory management for local demand
• Local Supplier-Relation together with Key Account Mgr.
• Attend fairs, meetings where necessary
• Customer visits, if necessary with Key Account Mgr.
• Substitution with Key Account Mgr. and vice a verse
